Bloodiness,which means strong,fierce,loyalty and sincere,but still can be easily abrupt.Changsha city is full of bloodiness,which permeated in the culture,people and urban construction.From the distinctive Hunan culture to the special features of modern urban entertainment,Changsha culture ignored the traditional culture of the history and precipitation.Compared with the hemorrhagic personality which is influenced by Hunan culture and the present culture,Changsha resides who are famous for hot,intrepid and scold,prefer to call on the regression of civilization and rationality.In the progress of rapid development for Changsha city,there are many bottlenecks such as the single mode for traffic,the insufficient of the road greening,and the narrow for walking space etc.
