职业高原现象是当今企业和个人所面临的一个普遍现象,中层管理者无疑是职业高原的易发人群。结合职业发展周期理论,探讨职业高原的演化规律和中层管理者职业高原的诱因,从而提出相应的干预策略,构建出事前防御、事中控制和事后反馈的动态管理体系。

Career plateau is a common phenomenon in today's enterprises and often happens to middle-level managers. Depending on career development cycle theory, this paper discusses the evolution of career plateau, sums up the incentives of middle-level managers' career plateau, and introduces the corresponding intervention strategies. At last, the dynamic manage-ment system of defense beforehand, concurrent control and after-the-fact feedback is constructed.
