目的::观察糖尿病肾病(DN)患者中细胞粘附分子sICAM-1、E-s、P-s表达变化水平及临床价值。方法:将我院收治的73例糖尿病患者按照尿蛋白排泄率分为正常尿蛋白组、微量尿蛋白组和大量尿蛋白组,并选择37例健康人群作为对照;分析四组血清sICAM-1、E-s、P-s变化水平,并分析各指标的相关性。结果:糖尿病各组sICAM-1、E-s、P-s表达水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中微量尿蛋白组和大量尿蛋白组的表达水平高于正常尿蛋白组,且随着病情的加重,表达水平增加具有显著性(P<0.05)。血清sICAM-1、E-s、P-s表达水平与UAER呈正相关(r=0.573、0.491、0.324,P<0.05)。结论:sICAM-1、E-s、P-s与糖尿病肾病的发生发展有着密切关系,血清sICAM-1、E-s、P-s联合UAER检测可以作为提前预测及诊断糖尿病肾病肾脏损伤的指标,具有临床推广价值。

목적::관찰당뇨병신병(DN)환자중세포점부분자sICAM-1、E-s、P-s표체변화수평급림상개치。방법:장아원수치적73례당뇨병환자안조뇨단백배설솔분위정상뇨단백조、미량뇨단백조화대량뇨단백조,병선택37례건강인군작위대조;분석사조혈청sICAM-1、E-s、P-s변화수평,병분석각지표적상관성。결과:당뇨병각조sICAM-1、E-s、P-s표체수평균현저고우대조조(P<0.05),기중미량뇨단백조화대량뇨단백조적표체수평고우정상뇨단백조,차수착병정적가중,표체수평증가구유현저성(P<0.05)。혈청sICAM-1、E-s、P-s표체수평여UAER정정상관(r=0.573、0.491、0.324,P<0.05)。결론:sICAM-1、E-s、P-s여당뇨병신병적발생발전유착밀절관계,혈청sICAM-1、E-s、P-s연합UAER검측가이작위제전예측급진단당뇨병신병신장손상적지표,구유림상추엄개치。
Objective:To Observe sICAM-1, E-s, P-s expression level and clinical value in patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods:73 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital, in accordance with the urinary protein excretion rate is divided into normal albuminuria group, microalbuminuria group and macroalbuminuria was group,and 37 healthy persons as control group;Analysis four groups of serum sICAM-1,E-s, P-s,level, and the correlation analysed between each index.Results:Expression of sICAM-1, E-s, P-s in diabetic groups were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), wherein the microalbuminuria group and the expression level of urine protein were higher than normal albuminuria group, and with the exacerbation of the disease, the expression level increased significantly (P<0.05).Serum sICAM-1, E-s, P-s expression level was positively correlated with UAER (r=0.573,0.491,0.324,P<0.05). Conclusion:There is a close relationship between the occurrence and development of sICAM-1, E-s, P-s and diabetic nephropathy, serum sICAM-1, E-s, P-s and UAER can be detected as early prediction and diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy renal injury index, has clinical value.
