结合多年来液压支架制造和低合金高强度结构钢钢板焊接的经验,从焊接作业环境、焊接作业人员、焊接设备、焊接用工艺装备、焊接材料等焊接作业条件的选用,焊接电流、焊接电压、干伸长度、焊接速度、气体流量、焊接预热措施、焊后热处理方法等焊接工艺参数的选用以及焊接方法、焊接顺序、焊接检验等焊接过程的控制,多方面提出了一套较完整的工艺规程并付诸实施,取得了良好的效果。
