本文在对区域矿产资源的自然演化路径分析的基础上,对其可持续发展过程中需要解决的资源的配置、资源的替代和循环利用、代际分配、生态属性、资源的耗竭及资源稀缺性等关键问题进行阐述和分析;进而基于特定区域的中等自给率方案(自给率为50%~55%)的仿真数据,对其矿产资源的可持续发展效率进行了DEA评价,结果显示该区域矿资源的开发规模在此种方案下是逐渐趋于合理和有效的状态;最后提出了构建合理的区域矿产资源发展战略、加强资源耗竭与国民经济急需的矿产资源的勘查工作、加大对替代资源的研究和勘查力度等相关对策建议,以期为促进区域矿产资源的可持续发展提供参考。
本文在對區域礦產資源的自然縯化路徑分析的基礎上,對其可持續髮展過程中需要解決的資源的配置、資源的替代和循環利用、代際分配、生態屬性、資源的耗竭及資源稀缺性等關鍵問題進行闡述和分析;進而基于特定區域的中等自給率方案(自給率為50%~55%)的倣真數據,對其礦產資源的可持續髮展效率進行瞭DEA評價,結果顯示該區域礦資源的開髮規模在此種方案下是逐漸趨于閤理和有效的狀態;最後提齣瞭構建閤理的區域礦產資源髮展戰略、加彊資源耗竭與國民經濟急需的礦產資源的勘查工作、加大對替代資源的研究和勘查力度等相關對策建議,以期為促進區域礦產資源的可持續髮展提供參攷。

Based on the analysis of natural evolutionary path of regional mineral resources ,the paper illustrates and analyzes key issues like resource allocation ,substitution and recycling ,intergenerational allocation of resources and ecological attributes ,resource depletion and resource scarcity in the process of sustainable development .And based on simulation data the moderate self-sufficient rate scheme (self-sufficiency rate of 50% -55% ) of the specific area ,the paper evaluates on the efficiency of the sustainable development of mineral resources by using the DEA method ,the conclusion reveals the scale of exploitation of the regional mineral resources under this scenario is becoming more rational and efficient .Finally ,putting forward relevant countermeasures that the construction of regional mineral resources development strategy , strengthen resource depletion and much-needed mineral resources ,intensify the research on alternative resources and prospecting .And in order to provide basis and reference for the sustainable development of regional mineral resources .
