[目的]通过对西双版纳州妇幼保健机构的卫生人力资源进行现状分析，探讨妇幼保健机构人力资源配置存在的问题，为当地合理配置卫生人力资源提供科学依据。[方法]采用统一的调查表，对西双版纳州4个妇幼保健机构2000-2011年的卫生人力资源情况进行调查，对数据进行描述性研究。[结果]2000-2011年，西双版纳州妇幼保健机构人员数量不断增长，但编制缺乏；职工构成以卫技人员为主，占职工总数70%以上；学历层次低，职称结构不合理。[结论]西双版纳州应积极开展区域卫生规划，不断完善卫技人员专业结构，提高妇幼卫生技术人员素质。

Objective To analyzes health human resource current situation of maternity and child health care institutions(MCH) in Xishuangbanna prefecture. Discusses the problem of human resource allocation of MCH so as to provide scientific basis for reasonable allocation of human resources. Methods Investigates four MCH from 2000 to 2011 in Xishuangbanna prefecture by uniform questionnaires and descriptive research to the data. Results From 2000 to 2010,the number of MCH staffs were increasing,but lack of authorized strength. Major of staffs structure were health technicians, up 70%of total staffs. Education background was low and the title of technical post was unreasonable. Conclusions It should actively carry out regional health planning, perfect health technicians structure and improve the quality of maternal and child health professionals.
