以程潮铁精矿为原料进行造球试验,考察铁精矿粒度、膨润土种类及配比、造球水分和造球时间对球团质量的影响。结果表明,这几种因素对生球的落下强度、抗压强度和爆裂温度均有很大的影响;当程潮铁精矿中-0.074 m m粒级含量为85.10%、膨润土A配比为1.5%、造球水分为8%、造球时间为12 m in时,能得到生球落下强度为9.8次/(0.5m)、抗压强度为20.5N/个、生球爆裂温度为467℃的优质球团矿。
以程潮鐵精礦為原料進行造毬試驗,攷察鐵精礦粒度、膨潤土種類及配比、造毬水分和造毬時間對毬糰質量的影響。結果錶明,這幾種因素對生毬的落下彊度、抗壓彊度和爆裂溫度均有很大的影響;噹程潮鐵精礦中-0.074 m m粒級含量為85.10%、膨潤土A配比為1.5%、造毬水分為8%、造毬時間為12 m in時,能得到生毬落下彊度為9.8次/(0.5m)、抗壓彊度為20.5N/箇、生毬爆裂溫度為467℃的優質毬糰礦。
이정조철정광위원료진행조구시험,고찰철정광립도、팽윤토충류급배비、조구수분화조구시간대구단질량적영향。결과표명,저궤충인소대생구적락하강도、항압강도화폭렬온도균유흔대적영향;당정조철정광중-0.074 m m립급함량위85.10%、팽윤토A배비위1.5%、조구수분위8%、조구시간위12 m in시,능득도생구락하강도위9.8차/(0.5m)、항압강도위20.5N/개、생구폭렬온도위467℃적우질구단광。
T he influence of several factors including size distribution of iron concentrate ,type and addi-tion of bentonite ,addition of pelletizing moisture and pelletizing time on the quality of Chengchao pel-lets was investigated by pelletizing experiments in the laboratory .It is found that all the four factors can impact greatly on the drop strength ,compressive strength and burst temperature of green balls , and when the iron concentrate contains 85 .10% -0 .074 mm fraction ,1 .5% A betonite ,8 .0% mois-ture and when the pelletizing time is 12min ,high quality pellets can be produced with the green balls having a drop strength of 9 .8 times/0 .5 m ,a compressive strength of 20 .5 N/p and a burst tempera-ture of 467 ℃ .
