目的：探讨六味地黄汤辅助治疗2型糖尿病的机理及效果。方法：选择2012年1～12月门诊2型糖尿病患者36例，根据中医分型运用六味地黄汤加减治疗1个月，分析药物的作用机理并观察效果。结果：本组36例患者经过1个月的治疗，显效为22例，有效为12例，无效为2例，总有效率为94.4%。结论：根据患者的不同症候，六味地黄汤辅助治疗2型糖尿病，可以取得事半功倍的效果，在临床上可以作为治疗糖尿病的首选辅助用药，值得在基层医院推广使用。
목적：탐토륙미지황탕보조치료2형당뇨병적궤리급효과。방법：선택2012년1～12월문진2형당뇨병환자36례，근거중의분형운용륙미지황탕가감치료1개월，분석약물적작용궤리병관찰효과。결과：본조36례환자경과1개월적치료，현효위22례，유효위12례，무효위2례，총유효솔위94.4%。결론：근거환자적불동증후，륙미지황탕보조치료2형당뇨병，가이취득사반공배적효과，재림상상가이작위치료당뇨병적수선보조용약，치득재기층의원추엄사용。
Objective:To discuss the mechanism and effect of the Liuwei Dihuang decoction on treating type 2 diabetes. Methods:36 cases from January to December in 2012 were treated with the Liuwei Dihuang decoction for 1 month. To analyze the mechanism and observe the efficacy. Results:22 cases were markedly effective, effective in 12 cases, ineffective in 2 cases and the total efficiency was 94.4%. Conclusion:According to the patient's different symptoms, Liuwei Dihuang decoction adjuvant treatment of type 2 diabetes can achieve a multiplier effect in the clinical treatment of diabetes; can be used as an adjuvant of choice. It is worthy of promotion in the primary hospital.
