目的：探讨剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的临床特点及护理措施。方法回顾性分析本院收住腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症24例的临床资料。护理重点为术前前重视心理护理，并完善手术及治疗准备；术后指导患者合理休息和活动。重视饮食护理和预防压疮，加强病情观察，及时发现处理不良情况，预防感染，同时做好健康指导。结果24例患者均在腹壁切口疤痕处发现肿块，B超检查提示腹壁内低回声肿块，手术治疗后，症状、体征全部消失，随诊1～3年，均未复发。结论根椐典型的病史，体征可明确诊断，发生原因与剖宫产有关，手术切除为主要治疗方法，良好的心理护理是提高患者的治疗信心和积极配和手术的关键。
목적：탐토부궁산술후복벽절구자궁내막이위증적림상특점급호리조시。방법회고성분석본원수주복벽절구자궁내막이위증24례적림상자료。호리중점위술전전중시심리호리，병완선수술급치료준비；술후지도환자합리휴식화활동。중시음식호리화예방압창，가강병정관찰，급시발현처리불량정황，예방감염，동시주호건강지도。결과24례환자균재복벽절구파흔처발현종괴，B초검사제시복벽내저회성종괴，수술치료후，증상、체정전부소실，수진1～3년，균미복발。결론근거전형적병사，체정가명학진단，발생원인여부궁산유관，수술절제위주요치료방법，량호적심리호리시제고환자적치료신심화적겁배화수술적관건。
Objective: Study of abdominal incisional endometriosis after cesarean section: clinical features and nursing measures.Methods: Retrospective analysis of hold abdominal incisional endometriosis clinical data of 24 cases of our hospital. The key points of nursing for preoperative psychological nursing before operation, and perfect preparation and treatment;patients were instructed to reasonable rest and activity after operation. The importance of diet nursing and prevention of pressure ulcers, strengthen the observation, discover the adverse situation, prevention of infection, at the same time, health guidance.Results: 24 cases were found tumor in abdominal wal incisional scar, B ultrasound examination showed abdominal wal hypoechoic mass, operation treatment, symptoms, signs disappeared, fol owed up for 1 ~ 3 years, no recurrence was found.Conclusions: According to the typical history, check off can clear diagnosis, the relevant reasons and cesarean section operation, surgical resection is the main treatment method, good psychological nursing is the key to improve the confidence of the patients and the positive coordination and operation.
