本文以热电阻信号为采集对象,依据本质安全防爆的基本原理,设计了工业智能热电阻温度隔离式安全栅。将快速熔断丝、限流电阻和并联限压齐纳二极管设计在电路中,它即可以作为智能型隔离温度变送器用,也兼顾石油化工等行业现场爆炸场所中限制现场电器设备能量的要求。

An industrial intelligent thermal resistance temperature isolated safety barrier collected thermal resistance signal is designed based the principal of intrinsic safety explosive protection in this paper. The rapid fuse, current-limiting resistance and parallel pressure limiting zener diode are designed in the circuit. The safety barrier could be used as intelligent isolated temperature transmitter and it also could meet the requirements of limiting the energy of site electrical equipment in explosive area of petrochemical industry.
