目的:探讨健康生活模式对机体自然清除HPV病毒的价值。方法对HPV感染者随机分为干预生活方式实验组和对照组,分别对实验组和对照组进行宫颈分泌物T淋巴细胞及其亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)定量检测,半年后复查宫颈HPV病毒和宫颈分泌物T淋巴细胞及其亚群定量检测。结果实验组的HPV病毒清除显著高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组和对照组在干预治疗前CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+组间均无显著性差异;实验组干预治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较实验前显著升高(P<0.01),而CD8+显著下降(P<0.01);对照组在实验前后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论对HPV感染者进行生活方式干预治疗,有助于患者免疫能力的改善和病毒的清除,降低宫颈癌病变和宫颈癌的发生。

목적:탐토건강생활모식대궤체자연청제HPV병독적개치。방법대HPV감염자수궤분위간예생활방식실험조화대조조,분별대실험조화대조조진행궁경분비물T림파세포급기아군(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)정량검측,반년후복사궁경HPV병독화궁경분비물T림파세포급기아군정량검측。결과실험조적HPV병독청제현저고우대조조(P<0.01);실험조화대조조재간예치료전CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+조간균무현저성차이;실험조간예치료후CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+교실험전현저승고(P<0.01),이CD8+현저하강(P<0.01);대조조재실험전후CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+균무현저성차이(P>0.05)。결론대HPV감염자진행생활방식간예치료,유조우환자면역능력적개선화병독적청제,강저궁경암병변화궁경암적발생。
Objective To investigate the effect of life style intervention on the ability of immune system to clear up HPV. Methods 258 patients with histologically confirmed HPV infection were recruited and randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Samples of cervical secretion were collected and total T lymphocytes and its subgroups and HPV were quantified using flowcytometry and real time PCR respectively. The measurement was repeated after 6 months. Results HPV clearance in the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01). No difference was identified between the two groups regarding the total and subgroups of T lymphocytes. Additionally, the treatment could significantly improve the counts of T lymphocytes in the intervention group (P<0.01), while such effect was not observed in the control group. Conclusion Life-style intervention could improve the immune function and help to clear up the viruses in the HPV-infected patients.
