对至今我国流传的“唐山地震8谜团”,本文用数学物理方法分析了其物理机制,给出测控地震预警信号仪器阵列的科学原理。将IEC 61158-GB/T19760为基础标准的e-F@ctory与IEC 61158-GB/T 20540为基础标准的Digital-Factor y功能延伸到大城市与要害工厂、石化-核电流程厂、大型装置的地震预警平台。

The“8 mysteris of Tangshan Earthquake”have been spreading in our country since 1976. Its physical mechanism is analyzed by means of mathematical physics method in this paper. The scientiifc basis of seismic signal for early warming instrument array of earthquake has been discussed. The functionality of IEC-GB/Z standard e-F@ctory and Digital-Factory could be extend as a platform of Earthquake early warning for the big cities, key factories, plants, and facilities.
