目的：探讨CD4＋T细胞Bcl-6与Blimp-1在慢性乙型肝炎发病机制中的作用。方法密度梯度离心法分离外周血单个核细胞（PBMC），免疫磁珠法从中分选出 CD4＋T 细胞，半定量 PCR 法检测CD4＋T细胞中Bcl-6与Blimp-1表达水平。结果与健康对照比较，慢性乙型肝炎患者中Bcl-6 mRNA表达升高，Blimp-1 mRNA表达降低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者CD4＋T细胞Bcl-6与Blimp-1转录因子的表达存在明显异常，可能与慢性乙型肝炎异常免疫应答有关。
목적：탐토CD4＋T세포Bcl-6여Blimp-1재만성을형간염발병궤제중적작용。방법밀도제도리심법분리외주혈단개핵세포（PBMC），면역자주법종중분선출 CD4＋T 세포，반정량 PCR 법검측CD4＋T세포중Bcl-6여Blimp-1표체수평。결과여건강대조비교，만성을형간염환자중Bcl-6 mRNA표체승고，Blimp-1 mRNA표체강저，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05)。결론만성을형간염환자CD4＋T세포Bcl-6여Blimp-1전록인자적표체존재명현이상，가능여만성을형간염이상면역응답유관。
Objective To investigate the effect of Bcl-6(B cell lymphoma/leukemia 6) and Blimp-1 (Blymphocyte induced maturation protein-1)in the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B. Methods Peripheral anticoagulant Blood were collected and CD4+T cells from PBMC(Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cell) were sorted by the methods of immunomagnetic bead.The expression of Blimp-1 mRNA and Bcl-6 mRNA levels were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). Results Compared with the healthy controls, Bcl-6mRNA expression was higher in patients with chronic hepatitis B, while the expression of Blimp-1 mRNA was weaker. Conclusions The expression of Bcl-6 mRNA and Blimp-1 mRNA levels were significant differences in chronic HBV patients. This may be related to the abnormal immune responses of chronic hepatitis B.
