目的研究并分析将重症监护护理评分系统应用于ICU护理人力资源配置中的意义与优势。方法选取我院自2012年1月~10月所收治的ICU病房患者共计86例为研究对象,按照随机抽取的方式将其划分为治疗组与观察组,每组患者各计43例。治疗组患者护理人员资源配置采取重症监护护理评分系统方式,观察组患者护理人员资源配置采取平均分床方式。针对两组患者 ICU住院时间、医疗费用开支以及各项并发症的发生情况进行详细分析与比较。结果治疗组患者ICU住院时间、医疗费用开支以及各项并发症发生率均明显低于观察组患者,上述数据组间比较差异显著(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论在ICU护理人力资源配置过程中引入重症监护护理评分系统,能够改善护理人力资源配置有效性,同时提高护理人员对于护理人力资源安排的满意度,值得进一步应用与推广。

Objective To study and analysis the significance and advantages of application of intensive care nursing scoring system in nursing human resource allocation in ICU.Methods in our hospital from 2012 January~2012 year in October admitted to the ICU ward of a total of 86 patients as the research object, according to the random sampling method can be divided into the treatment group and the observation group, patients in each group of 43 cases. The patients in the treatment group allocation of nursing staff to take intensive care nursing scoring system, the patients of observation group resource allocation of nursing staff to take the average bed. Compared with a ICU of two groups of patients hospitalization time, medical expenses and other complications were analyzed in detail.Results the patients in the treatment group ICU time, medical expenses and the complication rates were significantly lower than the observation group patients, the significant difference between the two groups ( P< 0.05 ), the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion the introduction of intensive care nursing scoring system in the process of nursing human resource allocation in ICU, can improve the effectiveness of nursing human resources allocation, and improve nursing staff for nursing human resource arrangement satisfaction, worthy of further application and popularization.
