目的探讨封堵取石导管在输尿管镜治疗输尿管中上段结石中的临床应用。方法通过对我院近来1a来109例输尿管中上段结石患者在行输尿管镜（运用封堵取石导管）钬激光碎石术（URL）（45例）、经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术（PCN）（57例）、后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术（RUL）（7例）三种手术资料回顾性总结分析、对比。结果 URL治疗患者有一例出现结石上移于肾盂，行了PCN，其余患者手术均成功，未有结石残留，但患者更愿意接受URL。结论堵取石导管的应用，能够有效防止URL术中输尿管上、中、下段结石上移；费用较低及创伤较小，恢复较快，适合在基层医院推广。

Objective to discuss the clinical application of plugging stone catheter in the treatment of upperureteral calculi by ureteroscopically lithotripsy. Methods 109 patients in our hospital of last year suffering from the upper ureteral calculi, who had accepted the treatment on ureteroscopically lithotripsy (with plugging stone catheter). 45 cases were treated with ureteroscopically holmium laser lithotripsy (URL), 57 cases were treated with percutaneous renal biopsy holmium laser lithotripsy (PCN), and 7 cases were treated with retroperitoneoscopic ureterolithotomy lithotripsy (RUL). All their results are retrospectively analyzed. Results the calculi moved up to the renal pelvis in one case of URL which received PCN, all the others were successfully operated and there were no stone residuals, but patients prefer URL rather. Conclusion the application of plugging stone catheter can efficiently prevent the up move of upper, middle and lower calculi, the costs are cheaper and the trauma is lesser, which is very appropriate to be extended in primary hospitals.
