矿用气动冷水机组以井下压缩空气为动力,主要用于井下避难硐室蓄冰制冷及空气调节,也可用于采掘巷道等需要局部降温的场所,具有结构简单、移动方便、安全可靠等优点。试验在不同的环境温度下,测得了矿用冷水机组运行参数。在环境温度为24.2℃的条件下,分析冷水温度逐渐降低对机组运行参数的影响,为气动冷水机组的优化设计及应用、选型提供参考。
礦用氣動冷水機組以井下壓縮空氣為動力,主要用于井下避難硐室蓄冰製冷及空氣調節,也可用于採掘巷道等需要跼部降溫的場所,具有結構簡單、移動方便、安全可靠等優點。試驗在不同的環境溫度下,測得瞭礦用冷水機組運行參數。在環境溫度為24.2℃的條件下,分析冷水溫度逐漸降低對機組運行參數的影響,為氣動冷水機組的優化設計及應用、選型提供參攷。

A mine pneumatic water chilling unit based on the underground mine compressed air as a power could be mainly applied to a ice storage refrigeration and air conditioning of the refuge chamber in underground mine and could be applied to the mining and excavation gateway and other places re-quired to have a local temperature cooling.The mine pneumatic water chilling unit would have a struc-ture simple ,moving convenient ,safety reliable and other advantages.Under different environment temperatures ,the operation parameters of the mine pneumatic water chilling unit were measured from the experiment conducted.Under the condition of the environment temperature as 24.2℃ ,the paper analyzed the steadily decreasing of the cooling water temperature affected to the operation parameters of the water chilling unit and the analysis could provide the references to the optimized design ,applica-tion and selection of the pneumatic water chilling unit.
