目的研究细胞周期蛋白D1（cyclinD1）和肿瘤转移抑制基因（nm23）在宫颈癌新辅助化疗中表达的意义。方法免疫组化方法检测100例局部晚期宫颈癌组织中cyclinD1和nm23的表达水平。其中50例接受新辅助化疗的为观察组，50例未接受任何化疗的为对照组。结果接受新辅助化疗的观察组中cyclinD1蛋白表达较对照组高，统计学上有统计学差异（ P＜0.05）。 nm23在两组间差异不大（ P＞0.05）；cy-clinD1和nm23的阳性表达统计学上无统计学差异（ P＞0.05）。结论免疫组化检测cyclinD1可作为新辅助化疗在局部晚期宫颈癌中疗效的评估指标。 nm23不能作为评估指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of cyclinD 1 and nm23 in locally advanced cervical cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and its significance .Methods The expression levels of cyclinD 1 and nm23 were determined by immunohistochemistry staining in 100 cases of locally advanced cervical carcinoma .50 patients received neoadjuvant chemotherapy as observation group , 50 cases did not received any chemotherapy as control group.Results The expression of cyclinD1 protein was observed in the group receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy were higher than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .The nm23 was not different between the two groups ( P >0.05 ) .It was obvious that the positive expression of cyclinD 1 and nm23 was not different in statistics ( P>0.05 ) .Conclusion Immunohistochemical detection of cyclinD 1 expression can be used as evaluation index in locally advanced cervical cancer NACT treatment .Nm23 cannot be used as evaluation index .
