目的：探讨内镜下鼻窦手术在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉中的疗效及其预防复发中的效果。方法：90例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者,分成了对照组46例,研究组44例。针对不同治疗方法的综合治疗效果和预防复发效果进行了比较分析。结果：(1)总有效率,研究组优于对照组,P<0.05；(2)组并发症比例及复发率组间比较,研究组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论：内镜下鼻窦手术在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉中的综合疗效显著,其临床并发症比例较低,预防复发的效果显著。

목적：탐토내경하비두수술재만성비두염비식육중적료효급기예방복발중적효과。방법：90례만성비두염비식육환자,분성료대조조46례,연구조44례。침대불동치료방법적종합치료효과화예방복발효과진행료비교분석。결과：(1)총유효솔,연구조우우대조조,P<0.05；(2)조병발증비례급복발솔조간비교,연구조우우대조조,P<0.05。결론：내경하비두수술재만성비두염비식육중적종합료효현저,기림상병발증비례교저,예방복발적효과현저。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy for endoscopic sinus surgery in the chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps and the observation of the effect for the prevention of recurrence.Methods:90 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp hospitalized in our hospital were chosen as the research object.According to the comprehensive treatment and relapse prevention effects of different treatment methods,they were taken for comparative analysis.Results:(1)The total effective ratio compared between the two groups,the study group was better than the control group,and P<0.05.(2)Compared between the two sets of rate of complications and recurrence rate group,the study group was better than the control group, and P<0.05.Conclusion:The integrated efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery in chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps is significant.It is with a lower proportion of its clinical complications,and its relapse prevention effect is remarkable.
