目的：探讨微创术清除颅内血肿治疗高血压性脑出血的适应证和效果。方法：对47例脑出血患者进行迅速及时的微创钻孔抽血减压。结果：微创钻孔抽血疗效好，减少了患者传统开颅的痛苦，并且费用低，减轻了患者家庭的经济负担。结论：掌握好患者的适应证与微创术的时间至关重要，病情严重的和出血部位较深的患者，仍然主张外科会诊，酌情进行开颅手术。
目的：探討微創術清除顱內血腫治療高血壓性腦齣血的適應證和效果。方法：對47例腦齣血患者進行迅速及時的微創鑽孔抽血減壓。結果：微創鑽孔抽血療效好，減少瞭患者傳統開顱的痛苦，併且費用低，減輕瞭患者傢庭的經濟負擔。結論：掌握好患者的適應證與微創術的時間至關重要，病情嚴重的和齣血部位較深的患者，仍然主張外科會診，酌情進行開顱手術。
목적：탐토미창술청제로내혈종치료고혈압성뇌출혈적괄응증화효과。방법：대47례뇌출혈환자진행신속급시적미창찬공추혈감압。결과：미창찬공추혈료효호，감소료환자전통개로적통고，병차비용저，감경료환자가정적경제부담。결론：장악호환자적괄응증여미창술적시간지관중요，병정엄중적화출혈부위교심적환자，잉연주장외과회진，작정진행개로수술。
Objective:To investigate Indications and therapeutic effect in the minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Prompt minimally invasive drilling decompression of blood in the 47 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients.Results:Minimally invasive trepanation blood curative effect is good,the operation reduces the patient's pain traditional craniotomy.And the operation cost is low, it can reduce the patients economic burden of their families.Conclusion:It is very important to grasp the patients,the indications and the time of minimally invasive surgery,patients with severe and bleeding at the site of the deep,still stand for surgical consultation,the doctor should be reasonable for craniotomy operation.
