世界范围的经济竞争、综合国力的竞争，在很大程度上表现为科学技术的竞争，而归根结底是对科技人才的竞争。近年来，尽管江苏省科技创新人才培养取得很大的成效，但是还存在一些问题。结合江苏实际，提出了江苏科技创新人才培养对策措施。
世界範圍的經濟競爭、綜閤國力的競爭，在很大程度上錶現為科學技術的競爭，而歸根結底是對科技人纔的競爭。近年來，儘管江囌省科技創新人纔培養取得很大的成效，但是還存在一些問題。結閤江囌實際，提齣瞭江囌科技創新人纔培養對策措施。
세계범위적경제경쟁、종합국력적경쟁，재흔대정도상표현위과학기술적경쟁，이귀근결저시대과기인재적경쟁。근년래，진관강소성과기창신인재배양취득흔대적성효，단시환존재일사문제。결합강소실제，제출료강소과기창신인재배양대책조시。
The worldwide economic competition, the competition of comprehensive national strength are, to a large extent, the manifestation of scientific and technological competition, and in the final analysis, are the competition of scientific and technological talents. In recent years, although great achievements have been made in the personnel training in scientific and technologicM innovation in Jiangsu province, there are still some problems. This paper, ac- cording to the actual situation of Jiangsu province, puts forward strategies for training Jiangsu scientific and technological innovative talents.
