通过4例胸骨正中手术通路和8例左胸侧壁手术通路,连接心电极导线至犬右心室,并与起搏器连接,维持高频率起搏3周,构建实验性心衰模型,观察两种开胸术的切口愈合情况、以及起搏前后临床表现。结果表明,通过开胸术给犬安装、连接快频率右心室起搏器,成功构建犬右心室心衰病理模型。左胸侧壁手术通路比胸骨正中手术通路更适合。

통과4례흉골정중수술통로화8례좌흉측벽수술통로,련접심전겁도선지견우심실,병여기박기련접,유지고빈솔기박3주,구건실험성심쇠모형,관찰량충개흉술적절구유합정황、이급기박전후림상표현。결과표명,통과개흉술급견안장、련접쾌빈솔우심실기박기,성공구건견우심실심쇠병리모형。좌흉측벽수술통로비흉골정중수술통로경괄합。
To establish canine heart failure model,12 dogs were implanted and connected a rapid pacemaker by thoracotomy.The surgical approach was at the middle of manubrium of sternum in 4 dogs and on the left thoracic wall in 8 dogs.The dogs were underwent rapid pacing at 200 bpm for 3 weeks and were observed the wound healing as well as clinical symptoms pre-and post-onset rapid pacing in these two surgical approaches.As pacing prolonged,canine right heart failure model was established successfully.In the operation,the approach on the left thoracic wall was better than that at the middle of manubrium of sternum.
