目的 对比米诺环素和碘甘油对才周-才髓联合病变的治疗效果.方法 对2008-2012年间我院收治的118例牙周-牙髓联合病变的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各59例,两组均先接受根管治疗和牙周治疗,而后实验组外用米诺环素,对照组外用碘甘油.对比两组治疗效果.结果 实验组牙龈指数(1.04±0.21)、龈沟出血指数(1.23±0.68)、牙周探诊深度(2.87±0.72),显著低于对照组的(1.96±0.47),(2.54±0.79),(3.91±0.83),两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).实验组总有效率94.4%,显著高于对照组的73.6%(P< 0.05).结论 米诺环素能有效抗菌,减少牙周破坏,促进牙根修复,治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变效果优于碘甘油.

목적 대비미낙배소화전감유대재주-재수연합병변적치료효과.방법 대2008-2012년간아원수치적118례아주-아수연합병변적환자수궤분위실험조화대조조각59례,량조균선접수근관치료화아주치료,이후실험조외용미낙배소,대조조외용전감유.대비량조치료효과.결과 실험조아간지수(1.04±0.21)、간구출혈지수(1.23±0.68)、아주탐진심도(2.87±0.72),현저저우대조조적(1.96±0.47),(2.54±0.79),(3.91±0.83),량조비교차이유현저성(P<0.05).실험조총유효솔94.4%,현저고우대조조적73.6%(P< 0.05).결론 미낙배소능유효항균,감소아주파배,촉진아근수복,치료아주-아수연합병변효과우우전감유.
Objective To compare clinical efficacy of Minocycline and Iodine Glycerol for periodontal-endodontic combined lesions.Methods 118 cases of periodontal-endodontic combined lesions were randomly divided into experiment group and control group from 2008 to 2012,59 cases for each group.The experiment group was treated with Minocycline,while the control group was treated with Iodine Glycerol.Observed clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The gingival index (GI),sulcus bleeding index (SBI) and probing depth (PD) in experiment group were lower than those in control group [(1.04 ± 0.21)vs (1.96 ± 0.47),(1.23 ± 0.68)vs (2.54 ± 0.79),(2.87 ± 0.72)vs (3.91 ± 0.83),P< 0.05].The experiment group had a higher total effective rate than control group(94.4% vs 73.6%).Conclusion Minocycline can kill pathogen and reduce periodontic destruction,which is more effective than Iodine Glycerol for periodontal-endodontic combined lesions.
