Combined with the status of development of quantum mechanics and Uae new requirements ox social development for personnel training today, relying on exquisite - course construction, the paper explores the teaching model with distinctive characteristics, in order to promote the innovation of the model for person- nel training from three aspects, such as pre - class preparation, classroom teaching and tutoring.
