基于ANSYS平台,使用APDL语言开发了双层缩套厚壁筒自增强残余应力求解参数化有限元接触模型。考虑缩套预应力的影响,基于理想弹塑性材料模型和Mises屈服准则,推导出了双层缩套厚壁筒自增强残余应力解析解,并将其有限元分析值和解析解进行了比较,有限元分析值与解析解在屈服区结果一致,而在弹性区略有差别,与已有的解析解相比,由于考虑了缩套初始预应力对自增强处理过程应力状态的影响,其残余应力有限元模型的仿真结果和解析解都具有更高的精度。

Based on ANSYS platform, APDL language of ANSYS was used to model parametric contact of two-layer thick-wall cylinders. Consideration of shrinkage residual stress, analytical so- lutions of autofrettaged residual stress of shrink-fit two-layer thick-wall cylinders was firstly given based on ideal elastic-plastic material mechanics model and Mises yield criterion. Comparison of the finite element analysis data with analytical solutions shows they are the same in yield zone, but are a little different in the elastic zone. Comparing with existing analytical solutions, the finite element model simulation results and analytical solution of the residual stress of the two-layer cylinders here in have higher precision for considering the effects of shrinkage stress on autofrettaged processing.
