    石油工程专业本科层次“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的培养目标和标准的制定是实施本计划的前提和基础。本文依据教育部制定的“卓越工程师教育培养计划”通用标准，结合中国地质大学（北京）石油工程专业现状和特点，研究并制定了石油工程专业本科层次卓越工程师培养目标和标准。
