在研究传统的低频减载参数优化控制代价最小模型的基础上,提出一种兼顾考虑系统频率恢复性能和切负荷量最小的低频减载参数优化模型,同时考虑了各种预设场景的风险概率因素。基于模型特点,采用差分进化算法来求解问题。针对优化问题的稳态约束和超调约束,提出用分段惩罚函数法来提高差分进化算法的执行效率。实际的电力系统算例仿真表明,提出的模型比控制代价最小模型的综合表现更佳,初步论证了模型和算法的可行性和有效性。

Based on the minimum control cost model of traditional under-frequency load shedding(UFLS) parameter optimization,an optimization model of UFLS parameters is developed.This model considers the frequency recovery performance of the system and the minimum load shedding amount,together with the factors of risk probability.Based on the characteristics of the developed model,differential evolution(DE) algorithm is used to solve the problem.According to the steady constraint and overshoot constraint in optimization problem,piecewise punishment function method is proposed to improve the execution efficiency of DE algorithm.The practical example simulation of the power system shows that the comprehensive performance of the proposed model is better than minimum control cost model,feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm are validated preliminary.
