以油菜无菌苗切取下胚轴预培养4d后,直接进行不同的剂量的γ射线辐射处理,结果显示,10~30Gyγ射线辐射可明显促进外植体的再生,取下胚轴诱变后的再生苗种植田间,对M1代农艺性状进行考察,结果表明下胚轴辐射超过60Gy剂量的照射,存在较大的变异。

이유채무균묘절취하배축예배양4d후,직접진행불동적제량적γ사선복사처리,결과현시,10~30Gyγ사선복사가명현촉진외식체적재생,취하배축유변후적재생묘충식전간,대M1대농예성상진행고찰,결과표명하배축복사초과60Gy제량적조사,존재교대적변이。
The hypocotyls of 7 days seedling age were treated with γ-rays irradiation with diferent dose after precultured for 4 days in the precultureed media.Results showed that the regeneration frequency of hy-pocotyls could be increased by irradiation treatment ofγ-rays with the lower dose of 20Gy to predultured hypocotyls.The explants of irradiated hypocotyls were planted in the field,and observed the agriculture char-acters of M1 generation. Results showed that the effect to agriculture characters is significant by irradiation treatment of γ-rays with higher than 60Gy dose to preculture hypocotyls.
