为了筛选漂浮烟苗繁殖烟蚜及烟蚜茧蜂的最佳烟苗密度,采用漂浮育苗的方法,研究了4种烟苗密度处理(密度Ⅰ:162株/盘,密度Ⅱ:90株/盘,密度Ⅲ:81株/盘,密度Ⅳ:54株/盘)对烟蚜繁殖的影响。结果表明:密度Ⅱ处理的漂浮烟苗盘蚜量最大值显著高于密度Ⅲ处理和密度Ⅳ处理,与密度Ⅰ处理无显著差异;而密度Ⅱ处理的单株蚜量、有效繁蚜叶数量、有效繁蚜叶载蚜量以及僵蚜数量,均显著高于密度Ⅰ处理,且其患病烟蚜、死亡烟蚜数量低于密度Ⅰ处理。因此,以密度Ⅱ处理培育烟苗可获得最佳的繁蚜效益,进而为大量繁殖烟蚜茧蜂提供基础。

The effect of four density treatments of tobacco seedling (Density Ⅰ:transplanting 162 tobacco seedlings in per floating plate,Density Ⅱ:transplanting 90 tobacco seedlings in per floating plate,DensityⅢ:transplanting 81 tobacco seedlings in per floating plate,Density Ⅳ:transplanting 54 tobacco seedlings in per floating plate) on numbers of Myzus periscae(Sulzer) was studied using floating tobacco seedling technology in order to select the best density of tobacco seedling for reproducing M.periscae and Aphidius gifuensis. The results showed that there was no difference between the maximum per floating plate num-bers of aphid for Density Ⅰ treatment and Density Ⅱ treatment,and they were significantly higher than Density Ⅲ treatment and Density Ⅳ treatment.However,maximum per plant numbers of aphid,numbers of aphid mummies of A.gifuensis,numbers of leaf for effective reproducing aphid and numbers of aphid on leaf for effective reproducing aphid for Density Ⅱ treatment were significantly higher than Density Ⅰ treat-ment.Numbers of diseased aphid and numbers of dead aphid for Density Ⅱ treatment were lower than Den-sity Ⅰ treatment.In conclusion,we can achieve the best feeding quantities of aphid,when we used DensityⅡ treatment for cultivating tobacco seedling and rearing M.periscae. The study can provide fundamental ba-sis for mass rearing A.gifuensis.
