采用教育测评量表研制的方法，建立了高校教师教学质量测评的指标体系。该测评体系主要有两级指标组成，一级指标有5个维度，二级指标共28个条目组成。采用探索性因子分析和结构方程模型评价了测评量表的信度和效度，结果显示该量表具有较好的信度和效度，建立的测量体系可以用于教师的教学质量评价。

The study established a measurement system of teaching quality that has multi-dimensional indicator with a method of educational measurement scale .This system mainly includes two layers :the first layer has five domains ,second layer has 28 items .The validity and confidence of this scale was evaluated u-sing exploratory factor analysis and structure equation model .The result indicates the scale has good validity and confidence ,and this educational scale is appropriate for evaluating college teaching quality .
