通过构建多指标评价体系,综合运用灰关联和熵权法,以我国工业重镇的18个较大城市为样本,并收集2006-2011年的相关数据进行了综合分析。结果表明:我国较大城市的科技人才与工业经济两者协调度较好,但工业经济与生态环境的协调度有待提高;随着时间推移,较大城市科技人才、工业经济与生态环境三者间的协调度都发生了不同程度变化。对此,我国需采取有效措施促使城市向良好协调类型转变,并加大对华北、东北城市的环境治理力度,加快推进新型工业化,实现我国经济可持续发展。

통과구건다지표평개체계,종합운용회관련화적권법,이아국공업중진적18개교대성시위양본,병수집2006-2011년적상관수거진행료종합분석。결과표명:아국교대성시적과기인재여공업경제량자협조도교호,단공업경제여생태배경적협조도유대제고;수착시간추이,교대성시과기인재、공업경제여생태배경삼자간적협조도도발생료불동정도변화。대차,아국수채취유효조시촉사성시향량호협조류형전변,병가대대화북、동북성시적배경치리력도,가쾌추진신형공업화,실현아국경제가지속발전。
With the urban economy and technology developing ,environmental problems have become increasingly promi-nent ,the economic growth has not improved at the expense of environment .The coordinated development of regional sub-systems attracts much attention .This article by constructing multi -index evaluation system ,uses gray relational analysis and entropy method and collect relevant data for 2006-2011 to analyze China's industrial city of 18 larger cities as a repre-sentative sample .The results shows that :the degree of coordination between science and technology talent and the indus-trial economy is better ,but the coordination degree of industrial economy and ecological environment needs to be improved . Over time ,the degree of coordination among the talents ,industrial economy and ecological environment have undergone va-rying degrees of change ,China must take effective measures to promote the city to a well -coordinated type and increase the environmental governance of northern ,northeastern cities and increase the promotion of new industrialization ,to realize the China's economy sustainable development .
