文章构建了校企合作创新网络学习机制的影响因素分析框架,从网络整体的角度出发,将影响校企合作创新网络学习机制的因素归纳为网络成员的个体性因素、网络成员的容斥性因素、网络知识的特性因素、网络组织的结构性因素四类,并以河南省76家创新型企业为样本进行了实证分析。实证研究结果显示,网络成员的相斥性因素中的知识文化距离对组织间学习效果有显著的负面影响,相容性因素中的信任和沟通以及网络组织的结构性因素中的网络规模对组织间学习效果有显著的正面影响,而网络成员的个体性因素、网络成员的相斥性因素中的地理距离、网络知识的特性因素、网络组织的结构性因素中的网络中心度对组织间学习效果的影响并不显著。
文章構建瞭校企閤作創新網絡學習機製的影響因素分析框架,從網絡整體的角度齣髮,將影響校企閤作創新網絡學習機製的因素歸納為網絡成員的箇體性因素、網絡成員的容斥性因素、網絡知識的特性因素、網絡組織的結構性因素四類,併以河南省76傢創新型企業為樣本進行瞭實證分析。實證研究結果顯示,網絡成員的相斥性因素中的知識文化距離對組織間學習效果有顯著的負麵影響,相容性因素中的信任和溝通以及網絡組織的結構性因素中的網絡規模對組織間學習效果有顯著的正麵影響,而網絡成員的箇體性因素、網絡成員的相斥性因素中的地理距離、網絡知識的特性因素、網絡組織的結構性因素中的網絡中心度對組織間學習效果的影響併不顯著。

With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the competition enterprises faced is more and more fierce. The enterpr-ises alone make technological innovations is difficult. So some enterprises start looking for external partnerships, such as enterprise network, industrial cluster, industry alliance, university-industry cooperation and so on. In these organizational form, university-industry cooperation is becoming more important. Because university has a complementary resource which the other organizations lack , it can provide learning opportunity for enterprise. While, the enterprise can acquire a lot of knowledge, experience and skills by learning from university. Through the digestion, absorption and application of the knowledge in university, the enterprise can enhance the competitive advantage. University-enterprise cooperative innovation network provides the effective platform for network members to learn from each other. Learning is also an effective way for network members to acquire knowledge. Only each network member learning continuously , the innovation network can improve the level of innovation. So learning has a very important significance for the successful operation in university-enterprise cooperation innovation network.
