目的：：探讨派丽奥辅助治疗逆行性牙髓炎的临床效果,以供参考。方法：选择逆行性牙髓炎患者85例,随机分组。A组接受常规牙髓牙周治疗,B组同时辅以派丽奥治疗。对比两组总有效率的差异、治疗前后牙周炎症指标的变化。结果：对比两组总有效率发现,B组明显高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。与治疗前对比发现,治疗后两组患者菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、牙龈出血指数、附着丧失等指标均有所改善,其中B组改善幅度明显较大,差异具有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。结论：派丽奥在逆行性牙髓炎的治疗中具有良好的辅助作用,值得在今后的临床工作中推广应用。
목적：：탐토파려오보조치료역행성아수염적림상효과,이공삼고。방법：선택역행성아수염환자85례,수궤분조。A조접수상규아수아주치료,B조동시보이파려오치료。대비량조총유효솔적차이、치료전후아주염증지표적변화。결과：대비량조총유효솔발현,B조명현고우A조,차이구유통계학의의(p＜0.05)。여치료전대비발현,치료후량조환자균반지수、아주대심도、아간출혈지수、부착상실등지표균유소개선,기중B조개선폭도명현교대,차이구유통계학의의(p＜0.05)。결론：파려오재역행성아수염적치료중구유량호적보조작용,치득재금후적림상공작중추엄응용。
Objective:Investigate the clinical effects of Periocline in adjuvant treatment of retrograde pulpitis, for reference. Methods:Choose pulpitis patients 85 cases, randomly grouping. A group received routine periodontal treatment, group B with Periocline treatment. Observe total efficiency, compared periodontal inflammation index between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:The total efficiency of B group was significantly higher than A group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared plaque index before and after treatment, 2 groups probing depth, attachment loss, gingival bleeding index were improved, B group improved significantly larger,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Periocline has good auxiliary effect in the treatment of retrograde pulpitis, worthy of promotion and application in clinical work in the future.
