目的：探讨热毒宁注射液联合蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗小儿手足口病临床疗效及安全性，为有效防治手足口病提供科学依据。方法取2013年1月至2013年12月到临沧市妇幼保健院急、门诊治疗的155例手足口病患儿，随机将其分为治疗组78例，对照组77例。对照组给予热毒宁注射液0.5-0.8m l／k g . d，静脉滴注，1次／日，治疗组在此基础上加服蒲地蓝消炎口服液，＜3岁5m l／次，2次／日，＞3岁10m l／次，2次／日，观察两组的临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率97.4%，对照组总有效率84.8%，治疗组明显高于对照组(P＜0.05）；两组比较差异有统计学意义；治疗组有1例患儿输液后出现皮疹，停药后消失，对照组未发现明显不良反应（P＞0.05）。结论热毒宁注射液联合蒲地兰消炎口服液治疗小儿手足口病较单一使用热毒宁注射液效果好，且不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토열독저주사액연합포지람소염구복액치료소인수족구병림상료효급안전성，위유효방치수족구병제공과학의거。방법취2013년1월지2013년12월도림창시부유보건원급、문진치료적155례수족구병환인，수궤장기분위치료조78례，대조조77례。대조조급여열독저주사액0.5-0.8m l／k g . d，정맥적주，1차／일，치료조재차기출상가복포지람소염구복액，＜3세5m l／차，2차／일，＞3세10m l／차，2차／일，관찰량조적림상료효급불량반응정황。결과치료조총유효솔97.4%，대조조총유효솔84.8%，치료조명현고우대조조(P＜0.05）；량조비교차이유통계학의의；치료조유1례환인수액후출현피진，정약후소실，대조조미발현명현불량반응（P＞0.05）。결론열독저주사액연합포지란소염구복액치료소인수족구병교단일사용열독저주사액효과호，차불량반응소，치득림상추엄응용。
To explore the clinical effect and safety of Reduning injection combined with Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid in children with hang-food mouth disease.[Method] 155patients with hand-foot-mouth disease in our hospital’s outpatient department and emergency (from January 2013 to December 2013) were randomly divided into two groups. 77 patients in the control group were treated only by intravenous drip of Reduning injection, 0.5-0.8ml/(kg.d), one time a day, 78 patients in therapeutic group were treated by intravenous drip of Reduning injection combined with Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid, 5 ml for children under 3 each time, and two times a day, 10 ml for children above 3 each time, and also two times a day. Docrors observe the clinical effect and possible adverse reactions during the treatment.[Results] The total effective rate of the therapeutic group(97.4%) was higher than that of the control group (84.4%),showing that the difference was statistical y significant (p<0.05). One child in the therapeutic group developed skin rashes but the symptom faded when the treatment stopped. No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the control group(p>0.05).[Conclusion] The effect observation of Reduning injection combined with Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid in children with hand-food mouth disease in superior to single using Reduning injection. The therapy, safe with less adverse reactions, deserves clinical expansion.
