采用浸叶法测定了5％氟铃脲乳油对家蚕的食下毒性，结果表明：对3龄起蚕添毒处理后，测得3d的LC50为31．2448 mg/L ，16 d的LC50为0．5463 mg/L ，氟铃脲对家蚕的毒性随着持续时间的延长而增强，其毒性效应表现迟缓，且对家蚕具有很强的累积毒性。

The leaf dipping method was adopted to determine the toxicity of 5% hexaflumuron against silkworm .The re-sults reveal that the LC50 of the 3rd instar after adding 5% hexaflumuron 3 days was 31 .2448 mg/L ,that of 16 days was 0 .5463 mg/L ,which indicates that the toxicity of hexaflumuron increased with the passage of time ,and the toxic effect appeared slowly ,with a very strong accumulated toxicity against silkworm .
