目的：探讨常规疗法联合益心酮滴丸对冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果。方法将80例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为对照组32例，试验组48例（加服益心酮滴丸15丸，tid），所有患者均服用硝酸异山梨酯片10 mg，tid，阿司匹林肠溶片75 mg，qd，在治疗过程中若心绞痛发作则舌下含服硝酸甘油片，根据治疗后心绞痛发作频率、持续时间，硝酸甘油片用量，心电图变化，血液流变学指标的变化评价疗效。结果试验组较对照组治疗后心绞痛发作频率明显降低（P <0.05）；每次心绞痛发作持续时间显著缩短（P <0.05）；硝酸甘油用量显著减少，（P <0.01）；心电图有效率明显优于对照组（P <0.05）；全血粘度、血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原下降幅度明显大于对照组（P <0.05）。结论常规疗法联合益心酮滴丸总有效率明显优于常规疗法对照组（P <0.05）。
목적：탐토상규요법연합익심동적환대관심병심교통적치료효과。방법장80례관심병심교통환자수궤분위대조조32례，시험조48례（가복익심동적환15환，tid），소유환자균복용초산이산리지편10 mg，tid，아사필림장용편75 mg，qd，재치료과정중약심교통발작칙설하함복초산감유편，근거치료후심교통발작빈솔、지속시간，초산감유편용량，심전도변화，혈액류변학지표적변화평개료효。결과시험조교대조조치료후심교통발작빈솔명현강저（P <0.05）；매차심교통발작지속시간현저축단（P <0.05）；초산감유용량현저감소，（P <0.01）；심전도유효솔명현우우대조조（P <0.05）；전혈점도、혈장점도급섬유단백원하강폭도명현대우대조조（P <0.05）。결론상규요법연합익심동적환총유효솔명현우우상규요법대조조（P <0.05）。
Objective To investigate the etherapeutic effect of conventional treatment combined with Yixintong Pills angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 80 cases of CHD were randomly divided into control group of 32 cases, 48 cases of test group(add to take Yixintong Pills 15 pills,tid),all the patients taking Isosorbide Dinitrate Tablets 10 mg, tid,Aspirin Enteric - coated Tablets 75 mg,gd. In the course of treatment,if angina pectoris attacks,patients were service Nitroglycerin Tablets Sublingually. According the seizure frequency of angina pectoris,time duration,Nitroglycerin Tablets dosage,ECG,the indexes of blood rheology to evaluate the efficiency. Results The test group can significantly reduce the seizure frequency of angina pectoris attack compare with control groupafter treatment(P < 0. 05),durated time was shorten (P < 0. 05),the dose of Nitroglycerin Tablets was significantly decreased(P < 0. 01),effective percentage of ECG was bet-ter than control group(P < 0. 05),the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen decreased significantly greater than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Conventional treatment combined with Yixintong Pills on the total efficien-cy was superior to conventional therapy.
