目的：总结静脉用药调配中心岗位设置方法及应用中的优缺点，同时提出完善方法。方法结合我院开展静脉用药调配中心工作的实际经验，应用现代管理学的方法分析不同岗位设置方法的特点。结果不同的岗位设置具有不同的特点，不同时期可采用不同的岗位设置方案。结论 PIVAS 可以采用多种岗位模式，可以不断完善优化 PIVAS 工作，保证工作的质量。
목적：총결정맥용약조배중심강위설치방법급응용중적우결점，동시제출완선방법。방법결합아원개전정맥용약조배중심공작적실제경험，응용현대관이학적방법분석불동강위설치방법적특점。결과불동적강위설치구유불동적특점，불동시기가채용불동적강위설치방안。결론 PIVAS 가이채용다충강위모식，가이불단완선우화 PIVAS 공작，보증공작적질량。
Objective To summarize the advantages and disadvantages in the post setting methods and application of PIVAS,and puts forward improvements. Methods Combining with our practical experience of PIVAS,application of mod-ern management methods to analyze the characteristics of different posts set method. Results Different post settings had different characteristics,different periods can adopt different post settings. Conclusion Variety of patterns can use in PIV-AS work,and continuously optimize the PIVAS work,thus guarantee the quality of work.
