目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定中性腹膜透析液(乳酸盐)中葡萄糖含量的方法。方法采用 Waters Sugar ParkⅠ色谱柱(6.5 mm ×300 mm,6.5μm),流动相为水,流速:0.5 mL·min -1,柱温:80℃,示差检测器设置温度:40℃,进样量:20μL。结果葡萄糖在1.13378~6.80268 mg·mL -1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r =1.0000)。含1.5%葡萄糖的中性腹膜透析液(乳酸盐)平均回收率为99.1%,RSD =0.4%(n =9);含2.5%葡萄糖的中性腹膜透析液(乳酸盐)平均回收率为100.1%,RSD =0.2%(n =9);含4.25%葡萄糖的中性腹膜透析液(乳酸盐)平均回收率为100.2%,RSD =0.3%(n =9)。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于中性腹膜透析液(乳酸盐)的质量控制。

목적:건립고효액상색보법측정중성복막투석액(유산염)중포도당함량적방법。방법채용 Waters Sugar ParkⅠ색보주(6.5 mm ×300 mm,6.5μm),류동상위수,류속:0.5 mL·min -1,주온:80℃,시차검측기설치온도:40℃,진양량:20μL。결과포도당재1.13378~6.80268 mg·mL -1범위내정량호적선성관계(r =1.0000)。함1.5%포도당적중성복막투석액(유산염)평균회수솔위99.1%,RSD =0.4%(n =9);함2.5%포도당적중성복막투석액(유산염)평균회수솔위100.1%,RSD =0.2%(n =9);함4.25%포도당적중성복막투석액(유산염)평균회수솔위100.2%,RSD =0.3%(n =9)。결론본방법간편、쾌속、준학,가용우중성복막투석액(유산염)적질량공제。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of glucose in neutral peritoneal sialysis so-lution(lactate). Methods Waters Sugar Park I column(6. 5 mm × 300 mm,6. 5 μm),the mobile phase was water with the flow rate of 0. 5 mL·min - 1. The column temperature was 80 ℃. The set temperature of differential detector was 40 ℃ and the sample size was 20 μL. Results The linear range of glucose was 1. 133 78 ~ 6. 802 68 mg·mL - 1(r = 1. 000 0). The average recovery of containing 1. 5% glucose in neutral peritoneal sialysis solution(lactate)was 99. 1% ,RSD = 0. 4 %(n =9);The average recovery of containing 2. 5% glucose in neutral peritoneal sialysis solution(lactate)was 100. 1% ,RSD =0. 2%( n = 9);The average recovery of containing 4. 25% glucose in neutral peritoneal sialysis solution( lactate)was 100. 2% ,RSD = 0. 3%(n = 9). Conclusion The method was simple,rapid,accurate and can be used for neutral perito-neal sialysis solution(lactate)for quality control .
