生态翻译学是用生态学的视角来解释翻译活动，是本世纪初新兴的一种翻译理论流派。从生态翻译学概念的提出入手，综述了目前的研究成果，概括了生态翻译学的主要内容。从生态翻译学的六个层面论证了许渊冲的翻译理论与生态翻译学的理论是互为印证的，并指出许渊冲对我国翻译事业做出了巨大贡献。许渊冲的翻译理论在继承和发扬我国翻译理论上起了重要作用。

Developed in the early 21st century , eco-translatology probes into translation activities through an ecological perspective and forms a new school of thought . This paper explores the concept of eco -translatology , summarizes the research findings and the main contents of the eco-translatology . Based on the 6 elements , the author holds that XU Yuanchong's Translation Philosophies are harmonious with the eco-translatological theories . It is also indicated that XU Yuanchong has made a great contribution to Chinese translation undertaking , and his theories play important roles in developing Chinese translation theories .
