注册入学制度的实施给高职院校发展带来新的契机，同时也使高职院校各项工作面临前所未有的挑战。通过对高职生源特点、社会需求以及高职院校自身发展的分析，可以看出高职院校课程改革已迫在眉睫。结合江海职业学院导游服务技能课程的教学现状，提出岗位引领设置教学内容、理实一体强化实境技能训练、注重过程评价并实施多元主体评价的教学改革建议，并从学院、师资、学生三方面提出了改进措施。

The implementation of the enrollment brings new opportunities to the development of higher vocational colleges , which also makes all work of the higher vocational colleges face unprecedented challenges .Based on the characteristics of high-er vocational college students and the social demand and the analysis of the development of our higher vocational colleges , high-er vocational colleges can be seen that the curriculum reform is imminent .Combined with the present teaching status of tour guide service skills in Jianghai Polytechnic College , it puts forward to post leading the teaching content , which reinforce the re-ality skill training, pay attention to process evaluation and implementation of multiple subject evaluation of registered under higher vocational reform .Moreover , it also raises the promotion measures of the security conditions from the school , teachers and students .
