本研究采用巴佰金、屠灌和草甘膦铵盐复配,对幼龄尾巨桉林下的南美蟛蜞菊进行除草试验,通过L1645正交设计表进行试验设计,对不同施药水平下的防治效果进行方差分析,结果表明不同的药量施用水平下3种除草剂对南美蟛蜞菊的防治效果均不显著,但不同施用水平对除草成本差异显著。通过Design-Expert 7.0进行回归和优化分析,得出3种除草剂对南美蟛蜞菊防治效果的排序为巴佰金=屠灌>草甘膦铵盐,对除草成本的影响排序为屠灌>巴佰金>草甘膦铵盐。结合除草成本得出最佳的试验组合为A4B2C2和A2B2C2,预测其各自对应的防治效果为0.923和0.815。

The herbicides saflufenacil, triclopyr 2-butoxyethyl ester and glyphosate were applied in a fac-torial combination in this study to examine their effects on the weed Wedelia trilobata (Singapore Daisy) which lives under young Eucalyptus plantations. The experimental design used was based on an L1645 table of orthogonal design. Analyses of variance on data obtained showed some combinations and levels of the three herbicides had no significant effect on prevention of Wedelia trilobata, but all involved significant costs. Regression and optimization of treatment design was carried out using Design-Expert 7.0 and this ranked the herbicides for effectiveness as:saflufenacil= triclopyr 2-butoxyethyl ester> glyphosate;but in terms of herbicide cost the order was:triclopyr 2-butoxyethyl ester>saflufenacil> glyphosate. According to cost, the optimal combination was A4B2C2 and A2B2C2, whilst the predicted effects of prevention were 0.923 and 0.815 for each other.
