过程层为数字化变电站与传统变电站区别的关键部分,但实现技术较复杂。阐述数字化变电站过程层的概念,通过分析现有时钟同步技术,提出一种基于GPS时钟同步与NTP网络同步结合的过程层测控终端同步方案,基于FPGA技术的GPS时钟同步设计。实验结果表明:可以满足电力系统对同步精度需求。

The process level monitoring terminal unit is one of excellences in the discrimination of digital substation and tradition substation, but implementation technology is more complex. This paper expounds the concept of digital substation of process level, with the analysis and contrast of the existing synchronization technologies, a new digital substation synchronization method by the use of GPS synchronization and NTP network synchronization is proposed. The GPS synchronization design uses FPGA technology, which can satisfy the needs of synchronized accuracy in the power system. The proposed method has important theory significance and engineering value to the conventional digitization transformation.
