现代汉语的语法手段不像印欧语系的语言那样借助于词形变化，而主要借助于语序和虚词。作为汉语中一个常用的虚词，“被”字近几年出现了不同于传统用法的新用法，从描写语言学的角度入手，探究“被”字的新用法。
현대한어적어법수단불상인구어계적어언나양차조우사형변화，이주요차조우어서화허사。작위한어중일개상용적허사，“피”자근궤년출현료불동우전통용법적신용법，종묘사어언학적각도입수，탐구“피”자적신용법。
Modern Chinese grammar mainly uses the word order and the function words rather than morphological changes applied in Indo-European languages to express complex meaning .As a frequently-used function word in Chinese , the Chinese character bei has been used in some ways which are different from its traditional usage .The article is aimed at making a study of the new usage of the word bei from the perspective of descriptive linguistics .
