高杆抛绣球是少数民族传统体育项目之一，兼社交娱乐和健身于一体。正确掌握高杆抛绣球受力和运动情况，有利于在比赛中取得更好的成绩。结合比赛规则，运用物理力学手段，从抛出位置、抛射角度和抛射初速度等三方面分析抛绣球的受力和运动情况，并得出结论：运动员所站的最佳位置应该在投球控制线的中点处；绣球的最佳抛出角度为α＝65°；最佳初速度为V0＝16.3m/s。
