自2007年翻译硕士(MTI)经批准试办以来,业界专家、学者纷纷从学位建设、学科体系、培养模式、教学改革、教学方法、课程体系、实践教学等方面提出了宝贵意见,但现行MTI教育模式仍然面临严峻挑战。除了践行前人倡导的理念,MTI教育还应该引入个性化教育模式以回应知识经济时代“人才中心地位”要求改变模式教育扼制个人发展的呼声。个性化的研究生教育在微观层面如学院、专业的研究尚有不足,本文旨在从个性化教育目标、培养方案、教学模式改革等方面构建MTI的个性化教育模式。
自2007年翻譯碩士(MTI)經批準試辦以來,業界專傢、學者紛紛從學位建設、學科體繫、培養模式、教學改革、教學方法、課程體繫、實踐教學等方麵提齣瞭寶貴意見,但現行MTI教育模式仍然麵臨嚴峻挑戰。除瞭踐行前人倡導的理唸,MTI教育還應該引入箇性化教育模式以迴應知識經濟時代“人纔中心地位”要求改變模式教育扼製箇人髮展的呼聲。箇性化的研究生教育在微觀層麵如學院、專業的研究尚有不足,本文旨在從箇性化教育目標、培養方案、教學模式改革等方麵構建MTI的箇性化教育模式。

Since the MTI program has been approved for trial by the state, scholars and experts in the field have con-tributed their suggestions from perspectives of degree construction, subject system, training model, teaching reform, teaching methods, curriculum, practical training and application of translation technology, etc. Apart from these suggestions, an individ-ualized training mode is proposed in this paper to meet great challenges faced by the MTI education, responding to the call for changing uniform education that has hindered the individual development in a“talent centric”era of knowledge economy. As micro-level research on individualized education is far from sufficient in terms of its application at some levels, this paper attempts to discuss an individualized MTI training mode, covering training target, scheme and methods.
