军队大型医院建设发展面临的问题和挑战不断显现；作为医院发展的管理者，必须理清并正确处理发展中的主要矛盾和重大问题，才能不断适应形势变化的需要；本文结合军队大型医院的实际情况，对医院管理中的五个重要关系进行分析，并提出应对策略。

Military hospital is facing new development problems and challenges .It is very important for hospital administrators to clarify and correctly handle the main contradictions and major issues of the hospital devel -opment, in order to continuously adapt to changing needs .Combining with the actual situation of military large hos-pital, the authors analyzed the five important relationships of hospital management , and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
