我国纺织行业专利申请量近年来稳步上升，但由于申请人对专利文本撰写的注意事项不够了解，使得不少专利申请由于原始申请文本撰写不当，难以获得专利权。在平时审查实践的基础上，结合专利法、审查指南，对专利申请文本撰写中需要注意的公开充分的问题进行了说明，并提出了建议，以期对申请人提出有意义的帮助。指出：涉及专利法第26条第3款有关公开不充分的缺陷，如专利申请中商品牌号的应用、技术细节公开的程度；说明书可以不必详细公开相关技术内容的情况；答复审查员审查意见通知书的技巧。

The amount of patent applications in textile industry has increased steadily in recent years. But many applicants are not known enough due to weak written skills. Because of improper application text writing, it is diffi-cult to obtain patent. Based on the Patent Law, the Guidelines for Patent Examination and the examination prac-tice, Sufficient disclosure needs to pay special attention in drafting textile patent text and some suggestion thereof are explained in the following text. This article involves the Patent Law Article 26, paragraph 3, referring to insuf-ficient disclosure defects, such as using trade names in patent applications, technical details of the extent of dis-closure, some conditions that may not need detailed disclosure of relevant technical content, and skills of replying the Notice.
