The reconstructive process of applying non-sludge (micro-sludge) technology in cotton fabrics dyeing and finishing waste water with high concentration and which is difficult to treat. Firstly, it needs to know particu-larly and comprehensively about the basic information and the production status of reconstructive company, then to combine the actual conditions in order to make design, construction, installing and debugging. Basic ideas of re-constructive designing and working progress were analyzed; meanwhile, the precautions in the normal operation, the effluent effectiveness after reconstruction, and the fee of sludge treatment and operation were presented. The result shows that if company applies this kind of treating technology, the quality of sewage will become stable and can meet the requirements of country and local government; besides, both the fee of sewage treatment and sludge treat-ment can be reduced.
