通过选用合理的原料组合及组织结构,进行产品规格设计,开发了11种棉腈空调纤维针织面料。对棉腈空调纤维针织面料的保温性、调温性、透湿性、导湿性、顶破强力、抗起毛起球性能和耐磨性等指标进行测试,并与两种基本组织棉织物进行对比分析,讨论各保暖面料的性能特点。采用模糊数学中的Borda数法对织物的综合服用性能进行评价,结果表明:含有腈纶空调纤维的针织面料较棉织物具有更加优良的保温性和调温性;作为保暖面料,多层织物和起绒织物的综合服用性能较好,这为开发腈纶空调纤维的针织产品提供了一定的参考依据。

The paper developed 11 kinds of cotton/acrylic air-conditioning fiber knitted fabrics by using reason-ably-combined materials and structures. The heat preservation, adjusting temperature, moisture permeability, mois-ture conductivity, bursting strength, pilling resistance and wear resistance of cotton/acrylic air-conditioning knitted fabrics were tested and compared with two basic cotton fabrics. The comprehensive wearing properties of knitted fabrics were evaluated through the fuzzy decision-making method of Borda number. The results show that heat preservation and adjusting temperature of knitted fabrics with acrylic air-conditioning fiber are better than those of cotton fabrics. As thermal knitted fabrics, the wearing properties of multi-layer fabrics and fleece fabrics are excel-lent, which can provide a reference for development of air-conditioning acrylic fiber knitted fabric.
