医护处置一体化管理系统（简称CTIS系统）的成功运行给病区护理带来的机遇与挑战，使护士更多地关注与患者直接相关的病情观察、健康宣教、心理辅导等临床护理工作的核心需求。本文分析我国当前病区护理所面对的压力，移动数字技术应用给病区护理带来的机遇与面临的挑战，描述病区护理工作的新景象。

The integrated management system of medical disposal ( CTIS) has been applied in the ward , which has brought some benefit for nursing work as making the nurse pay more attention to the core requirement of clinical nursing work , including observation of the state of the disease , health education and psychological counse-ling.In this paper , the pressures were analyzed which the nurse faced , and then the opportunities and challenges brought by the application of mobile digital technology to ward nursing were discussed , and the new scene of ward nursing was depicted .
