临床上非精神科患者出现焦虑、抑郁、人格障碍时容易引发医疗纠纷，其中偏执型人格和反社会型人格易发生极端、暴力行为，主诊医师应在注重医患沟通技巧和人文关怀的同时，对患者的心理状况做出准确评估，视情况给予心理危机干预、常态监测、心理咨询或药物治疗，必要时转介至精神科施以专科规范化治疗，有效防范重大医疗纠纷。
